Structure Vision presents a bold vision to transform Medford, Oregon into a connected, culturally vibrant urban hub—bridging infrastructure, architecture, and regional identity.
Led by founder Elijah Jordan, whose global experience spans major international developments, the proposal focuses on reconnecting downtown Medford to its economic lifeline through strategic infrastructure and mixed-use development.
Key initiatives include a new cultural and infrastructure district at Hawthorne Park—featuring a contemporary art museum, a five-star hotel, residential spaces, and a direct connection to Interstate 5—alongside a new downtown Food Plex designed to activate the urban core.
Rooted in the natural beauty and Indigenous heritage of Southern Oregon, this vision aims to elevate Medford as both a cultural destination and gateway to the region.
