For Elijah Jordan as a young entrepreneur creating a residential design company in the the early 2000’s, to him the custom home creation process in the Pacific Northwest seemed inefficient and costly.  Allowing the market to drive Structure Vision’s core competency as a Design/Build company, Elijah and his team began delivering projects on time and under budget, with a focus on high-design.  With almost 12 years of designing and building in Southern Oregon, Northern California and Seattle,Washington, Elijah decided to take his talents over seas and enter the commercial architecture market of high-rise tower and mixed-use project design in Asia.  Living in 4 different countries and working with myriad clients and project types, Elijah realized this new vantage [point could effectively be transitioned into residential projects tin the USA.  We are very happy that in 2020 Elijah has chose to refocus efforts on the US market, and share his international expertise with clients from he Pacific Northwest. Residential clients ultimately benefit from Structure Visions ability to leverage their multi-national expertise when solving critical design issues and meeting the owners wildest wishlist’s for the their dream project.  As Structure Vision enters there 19th year in operation, the company is refocusing on client satisfaction in 2020, by offering a greater level of design tools in their standard services, such as 3D Fly-throughs, Photo Realistic Renderings with a partner from Shanghai and also rendered plans elevations and sections, to effectively communicate the design intent to the owner.
